Directions:

Fade out is extremely powerful sleep and recovery formula. To assess your tolerance, mix 1/2 scoop 30 minutes prior to sleep. Recommended serving is 1 scoop mixed with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes perior to sleep. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day. Allow for 6-8 hours of sleep after using.
